Hi All, it’s Amy here sharing a sweet birthday card! I have to constantly remind myself to design birthday cards. For some reason they just aren’t my go-to design. Today’s card features Bday Bash and Bloom Builder.
I started off my card using a couple strips of paper from the Color Me 6×6. Love the versatility of the black + white designs!
I used a bloom from Bloom Builder and topped it off with an enamel dot. For added dimension I cut an oval yellow felt shape. The cupcake from Bday Bash has been colored with alcohol markers. I finished off my card with a sentiment from the same set, heat embossed in white on a black strip of cardstock.
Hi Pattern Happy fans! It’s Amy here sharing a card today. I don’t know about you but I love color. The Suntiments Clear Stamp set is so fun! Topping it off with that sweet smile makes makes me a happy crafter!
Hi everyone, Laurel here with another sketch challenge for you. Don’t forget you have all month to play along and there is a prize up for grabs to one lucky participant!
Here is the card that I created for it:
I am looking ahead to summer what about you? I decided to use the Rainbows collection, such fun happy patterns and colors.
The popsicles are of course from the Coolest Ever die. I just die cut them, pieced together and then mounted on foam squares. The stamped sentiment is from the Colorful Day stamp set. I then used a ‘sweet’ die from my stash.
To add some interest, I just adhered some coordinating buttons and tied on some twine.
Hi everyone! Happy Friday!! Kat here today to share with you some very quick & easy thank you cards.
The We Are Family stamp set is perfect for creating simple, yet customized cards. My child is spoiled rotten by the rest of our family, so we send a lot of thank you notes. I whipped up some quick and easy ones by picking out some cute patterned papers from a variety of Pattern Happy paper pads and adding a simple sentiment on some cardstock. As a final touch, I added one heart (cut from the All Heart set) on top of each of the sentiments and a star sequin to add a little sparkle.
Here is the final result….and the best part? I whipped these up in about 5 minutes!
Hey everyone, it’s Amy! I’m back with a fun shaker card project that features the Coolest Ever stamp set and sequins from Spiegelmom Scraps!
I’ve been on an aqua and peach kick. I think it screams spring/summer, how about you? I started off with a panel just a bit smaller than an A2 card front. I die cut a heart and backed it with acetate. I prepped the panel for my shaker card and then went to work with the stamped images.
I stamped them out with alcohol friendly black ink and colored them with markers. I used the coordinating Coolest Ever Dies.
I popped my heart panel in my Mini MISTI and stamped out the sentiment. I arranged my Spiegelmom Scraps sequins from their Sunny Winter collection. I finished putting together my main panel and topped off my card with the trio of treats!
Thanks so much for stopping by today! Hope you have an awesome week!
Happy interNational Scrapbooking Day! Part of our celebration was a fun collaboration with SpiegelMom Scraps and The Crafty Pocket. We are sponsoring a Grab Five challenge over on the SpiegelMom Scraps Facebook group and you should definitely play along. The five items include: patterned paper, stamps, diets, sequins, and flair.
Today, I’m playing along with that Grab Five challenge and sharing a super fun way to stretch your stamp sets. I started with a stamped image and turned it into a cut file that I could then back with patterned paper.
I then used the clouds at the bottom of the rainbow as a perfect place to create a shaker pocket using the sequins from SpiegelMom Scraps. I just love combining mixes and the two that I used this time were Springtime Bliss and In Your Dreams.
I also included a few little die cuts that say “happy, happy, happy” as my title as well as one of the flair badges from The Crafty Pocket.
Now…the best part…I have a process video talking you thru this layout and a big chance for you to win a prize pack. Make sure to click on the video link to check out how you can be entered to win this amazing prize pack.
Hi everyone, I have a quick card to share with you today. I babysit my 3 year old grand daughter on the weekends so we sometimes get crafty. The papers in the Rainbows collection are so pretty, I decided we could make a card for her mommy.
I let her choose the papers, she chose the purple hearts because her mom’s favorite color is purple 🙂 Anyways, I decided to then let her have a part in the process so I added the heart paper from the Color Me collection
Now I just added the hearts onto the card with glue dots for the photo. Shortly after this I removed the hearts and let my grand daughter color the background paper and the stamped heart (the mom is adhered with glue dots as well) – she loves to color and couldn’t wait to do so! I then reassembled it and now we are ready for Mother’s day. So needless to say, the card doesn’t look like this anymore 😉 but she loves it and is proud of it.
